Your dishes/utensils aren’t drying right away. The fact that they are wet for a long period of time causes rust to form. You may have to adjust your dishwasher to dry your dishes for you or you can dry them by hand with a towel. Another thing to try is taking them out of the dishwasher right after they’re done and let them air dry in an open area.

check your local antique shops, you will be sure to find more than you will ever need. ebay is also a good source.

2. Gives one something to do.
3. Feng shui (healthier for body and mind); is a pleasant place to live
4. Makes your kitchen and utensils last longer when properly taken care of.
5. Appears nicer place to visit friends and family.
6. Safer to live in.
7. Easier to find things when neat clean and tidy.
8. Adds value to property when the kitchen is kept up.
9. Odors are gone and it smells fresher
10. Vermin will likely not visit.
