  • Don’t use this for anything tougher than clipping coupons… and I’m only assuming it’s OK for that. As for anything else, I’ve returned to the dependable scissors. Forget it for plastic packaging, it’s just not worth even trying.

  • What a great idea! If you’re a coupon clipper this is a must have! It’s so fast and easy to use that it makes clipping fun! The only downside is that you’ll need something to cut on but even an old newspaper will work. Because it’s so small and magnetic, it’s on my refrigerator where it’s easy to find. I’m planning to buy a few to give to my coupon-clipping friends! By the way, it’s also great for cutting those hard-to-open, clamshell-packaged items!

  • Use this little item to open light plastic packages. I just used it to cut packing tape after I taped the box closed. Would be nice if the ceramic blade was to stick out a little more so it would cut heavier plastic packaging. Use it often.

  • This little thing is a godsend for clipping coupons and getting into those blasted hard-plastic wrapped packages. Great for opening CDs, etc. Should have one in every room!

  • I’ve owned one of these for years. It’s fantastic for cutting things out of newspapers, magazines, etc. When mine disappeared I was frantic. Luckily I was able to find it on Amazon and ordered 2, just in case.
